This report summarizes the genesis of the New Hampshire Statewide Conference on Juvenile Justice, how it was designed and implemented, the integration of the Community Youth Profile project, and the post-conference follow-up activities. The conference itself focused on educating participants on who our youth are, what leads them to engage in socially and legally unacceptable behavior, and what can be done to improve their lives so that they can become healthy, productive citizens. Model programs are highlighted.
