The National Judicial Curriculum is a series of curriculum components examing how courts, agencies and communities have worked together to improve court practice and the delivery of services to children and families at risk of abuse and neglect. This portion of the Curriculum series focuses on judicial participation in collaborative community efforts; including discussions of issues and concerns such as judicial leadership and ethical restraints.
