Court-initiated Alternative Dispute Resolution for New Mexico Communities: An Internet Course 2002

This course is intended for state and local judges and court personnel interested and involved in establishing ADR programs for their courts. The course is presented in four modules, each including video presentations, links to reference materials and other Web sites, excercises, discussion groups, etc. The modules address four aspects of judicial ADR programs: understanding the various types of ADR, knowing when to apply (and not apply) each technique, developing plans for introducing ADR into the courts, & implementing those plans.
