Model Rules and Curriculum for Computer Generated Evidence

A document developed to assist trial and appellate judges in making decisions on issues pertaining to computer-generated evidence. The model curriculum is divided into 7 sections: background information on computer-generated evidence & the legal history of and reasoning for recommendations that govern its admissibility; copy of the model rules; rest of the curriculum consists of materials prepared for the Maryland Judicial Conference "The Future is Now."
